Sharing & Privacy

Trusted with sensitive data.
Built to keep it that way.

Founder updates, board materials, and financials reach your firm in confidence. Here is what we protect, what we never do, and what you control.

The fine print: Privacy Policy · Terms of Service

You decide what to share.

Three ways Concrete keeps your firm in control.

01 · Curation

Connecting an inbox is not sharing an inbox.

Concrete processes portfolio-relevant email: investor updates, board communications, company documents. Ad hoc communication is ignored.

02 · Sharing levels

Three levels. Each partner picks one.

Metadata only, metadata and attachments, or full content, set per inbox. Changes apply immediately to all team members, including historical emails.

03 · Tenant isolation

Your workspace is yours alone.

Workspaces are isolated at the database layer with row-level security. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and never used to train AI models. Concrete is CASA Tier 2 certified.

What the AI reads.

Concrete's systems analyze full email content, attachments, and content behind followed links to build the record. Sharing levels control what your teammates see directly, not what the AI reads.
